Your first call

From your first contact with us, we want to help you find a stairlift that will be the most comfortable for you. It’s a personalised service. That’s why our skilled consultants take the time to ask you all the right questions, so we can figure out what you’re looking for and how best to make you feel safer in your own home. Our phone consultants listen to you and might even advise you on the best option to meet your needs, but they’re likely to leave that to our specialist advisers who come to your house and carry out a survey. Only by meeting you and seeing your house can we be sure to give you the best, most accurate advice for your specific needs.

Once you’ve bought a stairlift

Once your stairlift is installed, we’re still here for you. If you have more questions or are unsure about anything, just give us a call—we’re always happy to help.

Every new Stannah stairlift comes with a 2-year comprehensive warranty that covers parts, labour, and call-outs anywhere in New Zealand. If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect or installation issue, we’ll take care of it—quickly and at no extra cost.

And if the issue falls outside the warranty, we’ll still do our best to help. Our team can assess the situation, talk you through the next steps, and provide a solution wherever possible.
